1. How long is the warranty?
The warranty period is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Which product(s) are covered under the warranty?
The warranty applies to products under the Personalised and Your Moment: The Charms Collection, purchased from Moment Jewellery.
3. What kind of damages are covered under the warranty?
The warranty covers damages including, but not limited to:
(a) Clasps, jump rings, alphabet, pendant, or chains becoming disconnected.
(b) The alphabet and/or pendant broken into pieces.
(c) Earrings detached upon receipt.
All precious metals, including Gold Vermeil, are susceptible to natural wear. However, excessive contact with substances like perfume, hair spray, skin creams, salt, chlorine, and sulphur can accelerate tarnishing. Tarnishing, discolouration, or oxidisation due to natural wear are not covered under the warranty.
Damages not listed above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. What should I do if I wish to initiate a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email or drop us a text providing:
(a) Proof of purchase.
(b) Clear images detailing the damage.
(c) A brief description of the issue.
(d) Contact information, including your contact number and/or email address.
We request customers to return the product(s) in its original packaging. Once we receive your email or text, please allow 48-72 hours for us to review each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis.
Moment Jewellery will offer a replacement where possible during the warranty period. If a product is out of stock, we will provide store credit, a replacement of the same value, or a promised replacement once the product is back in stock.
Moment Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

Avoid
Having contact with chemicals
It is advisable to avoid exposing your jewellery to chemical substances, i.e. shampoo, perfumes etc.
Using a polishing cloth
The subtle texture of the polishing cloth may scratch the plating off the jewellery.
Exercise and shower
To ensure its long-lasting life span, we advise removing your gold vermeil, sterling silver, pearl and gold plated jewellery before going to shower or exercise to preserve the shine and colour.
Sharp objects
Keep your jewellery away from sharp objects to prevent scratches.
Storage
Storage
It is recommended to store your jewellery in a dry and cool place as it may lose its shine or colour if it is exposed in a humid environment for a long period of time.
Store in a pouch
It is advisable to store your jewellery in our leather jewellery pouch, if possible, store them separately to avoid any frictions/scratches.
Taking care of Pearls
Avoid
Avoid soaking or swimming with pearls as it could damage the pearls as well as the string of the strand, comprising its durability.
Storage
Hydration is important for pearls. Try to avoid storing your pearls under direct sunlight or hot environments as these could cause the pearls to break and lose their colour.
